By accessing, registering on, or using any services provided by pk78 at pk78.biz (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pk78 ("pk78", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you have registered. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pk78's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Use of the pk78 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk78 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing pk78 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an active pk78 account. Each individual may hold only one account on the Platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by pk78 for any reason.

pk78 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

To access the full range of pk78 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk78 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk78 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to notify pk78 immediately via the official support channel if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pk78 will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your account upon receiving such notification.

pk78 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms.

pk78 accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction, which include but are not limited to JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pk78 reserves the right to withhold funds deposited from a third-party source pending investigation and to return such funds to the source account.

Deposits are credited to your pk78 account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you have selected a crypto wallet option. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as displayed on the Platform. These limits may be adjusted by pk78 at any time.

pk78 does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your payment service provider (including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to applicable network fees which are not controlled by pk78.

Withdrawal requests are processed by pk78 subject to satisfactory completion of all identity verification requirements and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of identity and payment method ownership before a withdrawal is approved.

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pk78 reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal arrangements where this is not practicable.

Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply as displayed on the Platform. pk78 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform, however actual credit times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

Withdrawals are subject to review for compliance with bonus wagering requirements, where applicable. Funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.

All bets placed on the pk78 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are available within each game lobby or betting market interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail in respect of that game.

pk78 reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• Where the bet was placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed, or otherwise abandoned without completion in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Where a technical error affected the bet placement process, including incorrect odds being displayed due to a manifest error.
• Where pk78 reasonably suspects the bet was placed in bad faith, in collusion with other parties, or as part of a pattern of behaviour designed to exploit a system vulnerability.

Game outcomes for certified slot games and RNG-governed table games are determined solely by the provider's certified random number generation system. pk78 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.

From time to time, pk78 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Bonuses are issued at pk78's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time prior to acceptance by the User. pk78 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice where pk78 reasonably believes the promotion is being abused or exploited.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Specific withdrawal conditions apply to bonus balances as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk78 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Operating more than one account, whether personally or through nominees, proxies, or associated parties.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties with the intent of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to pk78 support immediately without exploitation.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in contravention of any applicable financial regulations.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk78 staff or other users.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your pk78 account on your behalf.

All content available on the pk78 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of pk78 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pk78.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk78, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content published on the Platform.

The aggregate liability of pk78 to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pk78 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk78 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is entertainment and should not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. pk78 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your pk78 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you are able to lose over a defined period.
• Session Timers: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your pk78 account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your pk78 account. Once self-exclusion is activated, pk78 will not reopen the account for any reason.

These tools are accessible directly through your pk78 account settings. If you are concerned about your gambling habits, we strongly encourage you to use these tools and to seek assistance from appropriate support organisations.

pk78 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to circumstances where pk78 reasonably believes you have violated these Terms.

You may close your pk78 account at any time by contacting pk78 support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification procedures.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall so survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

pk78 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pk78 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk78 is licensed.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk78 Platform should be raised with pk78 customer support in the first instance. pk78 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints process. If you remain unsatisfied following the completion of pk78's internal complaints process, you may seek resolution through the applicable external dispute resolution body as communicated to you during that process.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction as a Pakistani resident.
